We supply Quickline and Strand Highline winder operated fanlight gear, which is suitable for use on PVCu, timber, aluminium and steel windows. Both systems can be used on inward and outward opening windows, including casements, tilt & turn and pivots. There are also special versions available to suit horizontal and vertical sliders, as well as louvres. 

If a lever operated system is preferred we can offer Geze OL90 lever  operated fanlight gear. This is particularly well suited to commercial aluminium installations.

Folding openers (cam stays) are a convenient way to operate and lock windows using a surface fit mechanism. They are best suited to top hung outward opening windows but can also be fitted to bottom hung, fully reversible and pivot windows in PVCu, timber, aluminium or steel. They can be linked together by a connecting bar for wider windows and operated by pole and hook when used at high level. VBH stocks the Pace range.

Top hung or side hung fully reversible windows are particularly popular choice for high rise local authority or housing association properties. The window opens outward so does not interfere with internal window decorations and is initially restricted to prevent falls. The real benefit, though, is that when the restriction is released, it is possible to rotate the sash through 180° to allow the user to clean the outside glass safely from inside the building.
